Sea urchin injury - Wikipedia Sea urchin sting from 4 months ago, healed nicely except for this one spot. Any recommendations on what I should do? : r/surfing I got bad urchin sting and went to hospital twice but don't have good insurance to see a specialist… deep spines causing me to not be able to walk. Will soaking even I got stung be a sea urchin and there's so much mixed information on the web. I've been soaking in warm water and vinegar but do I try to dig the spines I got roughly 30 sea urchin spines on foot and left pinky at beach 69.
